We ship from Vietnam to customers worldwide.

Destination Estimated Delivery
Vietnam 2–5 business days
Southeast Asia 7–14 business days
USA / Europe / Australia 10–21 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by your country.

Processing Time

  • In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • MyDCT custom orders require approximately 3 weeks from design confirmation to dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every Ciels Studio keycap is handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

We will offer a replacement or full refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email] with your order number and photos of the issue.

MyDCT Custom Orders

Custom orders require a 20–30% deposit before production begins. The deposit is non-refundable once design work has started. The remaining balance is collected before shipment.

3D modelling & printing Your sculpt is modelled in 3D and printed at high resolution — the foundation of your keycap.

Hand painting & resin casting Every layer of color is applied by hand, then sealed in crystal-clear epoxy resin.

Pressure curing & finishing Final polish, quality check, and careful packaging — then it ships to you, anywhere in the world.
